Your PET preforms will either come out under-heated or, worse, scorched. It&amp;rsquo;s a headache nobody needs. That&amp;rsquo;s why we built our replacement lamps to be an exact match. You can keep your current oven settings. You don&amp;rsquo;t have to spend your entire shift recalibrating every single zone.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;It&amp;rsquo;s all about the glass.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Shortwave infrared does the heavy lifting here. We use high-purity quartz glass because it lets the heat through without fighting it.&#xA;A lot of cheap replacements use glass with impurities. Those impurities block specific wavelengths, which forces you to crank the heat just to get the preform to the right temperature. Our tubes match the original emission spectrum. The heat hits the PET wall exactly the way it was designed to.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Just drop them in.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We kept the footprint and connectors exactly the same. You can wire them up and get back to work without having to modify your housing or &amp;ldquo;make it fit.&amp;rdquo;&#xA;But a quick heads-up: these lamps put out a massive amount of heat.&#xA;If your reflectors are dusty or pitted, a perfect lamp won&amp;rsquo;t save you. You need clean &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;optics&lt;/a&gt; to actually feel the difference in the thermal profile. Also, make sure your cooling blow-air is dialed in.
